Because who said launching a business can’t be both fabulous and budget-friendly?We’re here to prove that brilliance doesn’t have to break the bank!

By utilising our services, we recognize that you've taken the time to peruse our Terms and Conditions, acquiring a thorough comprehension of the intricacies of our business and operations

  • Eligibility:

    • This platform is exclusively for start-ups & micro-businesses, defined as businesses starting from the ground up, operating on a very small scale, privately owned, and having no more than 10 employees.

  • Pricing:

    • Wild Child Designs (Pty) Ltd rates are structured below market rates. We are a collaborative platform that enables us to charge affordable rates to our start-up and micro-businesses in South Africa that serves as a helping hand – these rates DO NOT apply to the following: –
    • Small, medium, large, or international businesses will be charged standard market-related rates; online rates do not apply.

  • Design Revisions:

    • 2-3 revisions per design are included, with specific revision allowances for each service.

  • Approval and Additional Amendments:

    • Business owners will approve and sign off on the final work.
    • Extra amendments or revisions incur a R350 per hour design fee.
    • Final designs after additional revisions are sent after full payment.

  • Rate Changes:

    • Rates are subject to change at any time, and package upgrade prices are calculated from the most current price list.

  • Printing:

    • Printing is not available and not included in the provided rates.

  • Delivery of Designs:

    • Designs will be sent via email in high-resolution JPEG/PDF/PNG print-ready and in full color.

  • Timeline for Added Services:

    • Services without a stipulated timeline on the website take between 7-14 working days, subject to change due to client communication delays.

  • Booking Dates:

    • All package booking dates are first-come, first-served, and subject to availability.

  • Deposit and Payment:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before Wild Child Design starts the design process.
    • Final designs are sent after full payment is received.

  • Marketing Usage:

    • All designs may be shared and used by Wild Child Design for marketing purposes on any platform.

  • Collaboration Party:

    • Wild Child Design is a business integrated with a collaborative community project.
    • Collaboration parties are assigned by Wild Child Design to clients.

  • Collaboration Party Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating parties render services within the Wild Child Design timeline and standards.
    • The collaborating party operates under Wild Child Design’s oversight and approval.

  • Contract Termination:

    • Any private rendering of additional work to clients by collaborating parties leads to immediate contract termination.

  • Client Conduct:

    • Clients are urged to refrain from requesting work from collaborating partners without Wild Child Design’s knowledge to maintain the platform’s integrity and trust.

  • Continuation after Contract Expiry:

    • Clients wishing to continue with collaborating parties after the contract’s expiration may do so under their T&C, without Wild Child Design’s supervision, or be assigned to our new collaborating party.
