    Frequently asked Questions

    Do you work with businesses outside of South Africa?

    Yes, international projects are quoted separately depending on scope and support required.

    Do I need professional photos before starting?

    Not necessarily. We can guide content direction and help you build a stronger content library over time.

    Do you offer once-off social media management?

    No, ongoing management requires a minimum commitment of 3 months to allow enough time for strategy, systems, and momentum to build.

    Is running ads or boosting posts included?

    No. Paid advertising, ad management, and post-boosting are not included in your monthly package. However, some content will be strategically created with advertising in mind. These posts will be clearly flagged and brought to your attention should you wish to run ads on them.

    How long does it take to see results on social media?

    Social media is not an overnight win; it’s a consistency game to build community. The first few months focus on building structure, rhythm, and brand recognition. Engagement, reach, and traction usually begin to grow steadily over time as your audience becomes familiar with your voice and content.

    Can I make changes to content once it's approved?

    Once content has been approved and scheduled, changes are limited. If something needs to be updated due to an error or an important business change, please flag it as soon as possible. Additional changes may need to be carried over or booked as an add-on.

    Can I purchase templates without working with you directly?

    Absolutely. The shop was created specifically to make resources more accessible for business owners wanting support at their own pace.

    Do you manage DMs and comments?

    No. lnbox and customer message management are not included in monthly packages. I will however, encourage you to reply to all comments to build community and boost your views and engagements.

    What if I don't have enough content or photos?

    You are responsible for supplying photos and videos. If content is limited, we’ll work with what’s available and guide you on what to capture going forward. BTS shoots or campaign content creation can be booked as add-ons.

    Can I request extra posts or urgent content?

    Extra content or last-minute requests are not guaranteed and fall outside the standard scope. These can be booked separately in advance. A 7 days notice period is required for extra content to be created.

    What platforms do you manage?

    Instagram is our primary focus, and Facebook is included by default. Facebook can be replaced with LinkedIn or TikTok if either is better suited to your brand. No additional content is created specifically for TikTok; Instagram Reels will be shared to your TikTok account.

    Can I pause or cancel my service?

    Services are provided based on your signed contract term, 3 or 6 months. If you need to pause or step away after your contract ends, your brand profile remains active. If our capacity is full when you’d like to return, you can be added to the waiting list until our next available date.

    DO YOU OFFER CONTENT SHOOTS?

    Yes, but only for my ongoing social media management clients. Content shoots are planned around your monthly content strategy and are designed to build a library of photos and videos we’ll use across your social media. They’re available as an add-on and can be booked as needed throughout the year.

    HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

    As soon as you know you’d like to work together. Social media management has limited monthly availability, and branding projects are booked several weeks in advance. If we’re full, I’ll happily add you to the waiting list or recommend the next best time to start.

    WILL WE WORK DIRECTLY WITH YOU?

    Yes. Every strategy, content plan and creative direction is developed by me. Depending on your project, I may collaborate with trusted photographers, copywriters or specialists, but you’ll always work directly with me throughout the process.
